COOKING FOR 1 OR 2 - Come learn some tips and tricks for cooking for 1 or 2 people. Hands-on lesson and recipe sampling will be
provided.
CAN YOU SAY “NO”? - Do you have a hard time telling others “no”? Do you end up putting yourself in a bind in order to avoid telling someone you can’t do something? Come learn with us as we talk about the importance of saying “no”, setting boundaries, and respecting ourselves.
